E-Learning that Encourages Immediate Application

Videos, texts, reflective questions, and quizzes present the content in a varied, easy-to-understand way that is independent of location and time. Individual e-learning units are kept short, can be easily accommodated with day-to-day business, and encourage the immediate application of the content.

Live Training in Small Groups

Participants go through the programs in small groups of no more than 7 people. Regular live sessions in the group engage participants, create space for personal exchange, and allow for the discussion of individual challenges. The sessions usually take place online but can also be conducted on-site upon request.

Follow-up sessions and accompanying coaching support participants in maintaining a clear focus on their development goals, reflecting on individual challenges, and developing new solutions.
