Leapway supports Organizations to stay  future-proof.

What Drives us

Shaping Power in Times of Change
Leapway was founded in response to the growing challenges many organizations face: an acute shortage of skilled workers, the rapid pace of technological progress, and a constantly changing customer demand. In addition, there are new expectations from employees and an increased mental strain on many individuals.
In this era of rapid change, we believe that many oganizations need to become more dynamic, agile, and innovative to maintain their competitiveness and stay future-proof.
Our mission: We support organizations and their teams with comprehensive development programs that inspire action and promote immediate action and application of content in everyday business. This way, challenges can be mastered, and change can be successfully shaped – resilient, innovative, and future-proof.

How we work

Application Focus: Ensuring Real-World Implementation of Learned Material
We know that conventional professional training often fails to deliver the desired results. Statistics show that usually only a fraction of training content is actually implemented in practice. This can be attributed to a variety of factors, from the lack of practical relevance of the training content, to a lack of motivation among participants, or to internal organizational barriers.
Therefore, our approach focuses on transfer into practice. We take into account both the individual needs of the participants and the structural and cultural circumstances of the organization. By combining proven didactic methods with a deep understanding of the specific requirements of companies, we create programs that effect real change without disrupting day-to-day business.
